Do You Struggle With Negative Thoughts?

The greatest battle we fight everyday is in the mind. The devil attacks it, circumstances distort it. Every thought you have is not true. 

Every single day you will fight an assaulting terrorist who is after your land. Oddly enough, some of your own ‘men’ will join this assault through memories, distortions and other things stored in your main frame.

Every circumstance, situation, words people have said, billboards you have read and more are playing constantly in your mind, every single second of the day. It’s daunting to even think of how many thoughts we each have that we’re not consciously aware of. They are creating and making our days, and who we become.

Here’s a challenge for you today. Every thought you have is not your own. You don’t have to own every word, thought or notion that runs through your mind.

Think about it for a second. No pun intended. Scientists and neurologists and psychiatrists and everyone in between have never been able to agree on the exact amount. But whether it’s 40,000 or 50,000 or 70,000 thoughts per day we all have, roughly 40-50 per second; how many did you actually attempt to think or create?

This is why the army of attack rises in the midst of an already overly busy minefield to go seemingly unnoticed. It’s not everyday that the average person will ask themselves, “Are my thoughts obeying my goals? Is that true or is that a lie coming from somewhere in my internal reserves?”

People groping and struggling to comprehend the meaning behind why they have the thoughts they do and how to get rid of them are creating a multi-billion dollar industry every single day, every single year.

“HELP ME control my thoughts!” is the common cry.

The battlefield is in your mind. It’s not just in your head! It’s deep inside of your entire DNA, racing through your entire body, every single day. My friend, take your thoughts captive. Make them obey. Take back control and learn what to ignore, reject, forgive and release.

You do not have to be the sum total of every flittering notion that lands within your being! And a bigger revolutionary thought is this- not every thought rising up is yours! It’s not always from who you are, a reflection of who you’ll be or in any capacity, truth!
